The camera located on the roof of the HBC Building provides views
of downtown Sapporo, including the Hokkaido Government Buildings
and adjacent gardens, the botanical gardens attached to Hokkaido
University, Sapporo's business district, Odori Park and the TV
Tower etc., as well as the seasonal changes on the surrounding Teine
and
Moiwa mountains.
