大通西7丁目に面したビルの屋上から大通公園をご覧頂いています。
無数の小さな電球でライトアップされる”第26回ホワイトイルミネーション”は2006（平成18）年11月17日（金）から2007（平成19）年2月12日（月）までお楽しみいただけます。2月の雪まつり期間中はＨＢＣ広場の大雪像をご覧いただけます。
The camera located on the roof of a building at Odori west 7 chome provides
the view of the White Illumination.
This event, which began in 1981, celebrates its 26th anniversary this year. From November 17th to February 12th, a lot of lightbulbs brightly decorate Odori Park and Eki-mae Street between 4 and 10 pm every day.
In Feburary you can enjoy the larg snow sculpture at the HBC square of Sapporo Snow Festival .
