札幌・大通公園に隣接する大通ビッセの屋上にあるカメラからは、北海道庁赤レンガ庁舎、テレビ塔、札幌のビジネス街などの都心の風景や、季節によって表情を変える大通公園、手稲山や藻岩山などの山並みがご覧になれます。

The camera located on the roof of Odori Bisse right beside Odori Park provides views of downtown Sapporo, including the Hokkaido Government Buildings , the TV Tower etc, and Sapporo's　business district, as well as the seasonal　changes on the surrounding Odori Park,Teine and Moiwa mountains.
